Rates
$160 per 50-minute session
**Insurance**
I am currently credentialed through Alma (Optum/Aetna) and am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance plans. For out-of-network services, I do not bill insurance companies directly. However, I am able to provide you with a statement ("superbill") to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement upon request.
**Please note: My name comes up as a covered provider on many insurance panels because I am credentialed by another organization where I provide inpatient services only.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
