About Me

I am a licensed psychologist with an emphasis on individual and group therapy with women. I maintain a private practice in Lone Tree, Colorado and am currently accepting new client referrals.

As a private practitioner my areas of primary focus are women's issues; fear, shame & vulnerability; depression, anxiety, life transitions/adjustment concerns, grief & loss, and food addiction/recovery.

I am a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (CDWF) and offer workshops, groups, and weekend intensives utilizing The Daring Way™ curriculum, which is based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.

I am a generalist-trained and interactive therapist. My therapeutic approach is to utilize the therapeutic relationship with clients to promote change, healing, and insight as well as to provide support. I offer practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges and integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With empathy and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
